Being a Charity and having lots of Volunteers working in our shops, some in a leadership role, presents a unique situation when it comes to being a leader and managing day to day activities.
This is where Jan's expertise was sourced by us in using her vast experience and knowledge to present a session on improving their understanding of being a leader. I felt Jan understood our unique situation and she tailored not only the session but her style to suit the people attending.
Jan certainly met my expectations and I was very impressed with her presentation. The feedback from the many participants was excellent as Jan made them feel comfortable as she imparted her knowledge and experience to them.
Since the training I have had calls to say that some of the participants have used her techniques and they have worked and definitely helped them in their leadership roles.
