Time Management
|
COURSE PROFILE
|
Effective Time Management is simply doing the right things at the right time in the right way. Sounds easy, but we all do things we don’t have time to do and neglect things that we should do!
Most organisations are doing more but with less people. The impact can be long hours, taking work home and an unhealthy work/life balance. Busy and high energy is one thing, but frenetic and stressed is quite another.
At the beginning of a new role or project the responsibilities might seem manageable, but a while down the track we find that we have taken on many more things and lost none. Taking stock can help to make sure we are focussing on the right things and making the best use of available time to achieve success.
This one day workshop will help you examine your work habits and responsibilities and discover how to be more productive and in control of your time.
