This workshop will provide a solid foundation for developing successful mentor and coaching behaviors. It will assist you to identify and assess your current skill level, and to learn how to use mentoring and coaching as an empowering tool for employee development.
It also covers the practical aspects of mentoring and coaching, i.e. what makes mentoring and coaching special, what the manager is able and willing to invest in the development of their employees, and the special opportunities and challenges involved.
